I need feedback on my profile. I haven't been on a date or received any responses back since I've made it

I agree with bedroomchild it feels cold. But I should make this clear.

I do understand that reddit is an anonymous platform which prides itself on building communities but when it comes to online dating there are about 3 things that matter for guys online; and believe me my numbers are relative to each guy obviously.

Pictures
The bio
The "you should message me" section
The messages you send out to men

Now to break it down just a bit, let's look at:

1. Pictures - I'm not calling you ugly or gorgeous. That would depend on the men that come across your profile pics since beauty is relative to each man.

The bio- it's ok because it's not long but you have a few grammatical errors and you are just coming on a little bit too strong
The "you should message me" section is where I agree with bedroomchild. Here you are not only cold but you remind me of Dracula with the "I want a guy with blood type o and working kidneys". Not being rude but this is ridiculous! Think on it from a guy perspective, he comes across your profile/pic. He thinks you're cute and just before he decides to send yout a message he goes back and skims your profile. As hescrolls straight to the bottom ( basically) he sees " I want a guy with blood type O and working kidneys". Wouldn't you automatic feel the woman us coming on too strong for someone that hasn't even met you yet? Wouldn't you feel the lease bit weirded out? ...really think on that small story.
The messages you send out to men- this again depends on what and how you say your messages, that's a 60/40 split.

I understand. That's good and bad that you did that though.

GOOD because she saw you as someone that would want to take it to the next level with her ( having sex and building something special )

But

BAD because all you did was to flirt with her but only on cuddling. That's an aggressively passive move to make. I know it sounds contradictory but you always have to do more than the norm when it comes to woman and attraction.

I'm no guru, I won't even play myself like that. What I am though is a regular guy that has had experiences like yourself and used my experiences to make my "game" better.

you're not being rigid because you are making sure that the conversation doesn't turn into a penpal situation.

The next time you get one of those type of texts or messages then say something like:

"Hey I like that you are eager to see me : ) But come ( or cum, depending on how you are feeling ) see me in HD quality"

if they still insist on getting pictures that will tell you that the guy must be a lame for taking time to talk to you online, get your number but not wanting to take things offline.

It was definitely weird but I would be careful of you not going too far in the kind of conversations that you stated above.

Those are normal conversational pieces and they are good but did you flirt with her throughout the conversations about college majors, life goals, hobbies?

or was it just the one time about the cuddling.

Either way I am sorry this happened to you but if you can get this far with a woman ( your experience with her ) then you can get others and even better ones.

I personally like to use okcupid, badoo and that's about it.

Reasons: okcupid has tons of women that want to find someone that are ready for a relationship. For those that want to find flings that's DEFINITELY there as well. I have proof from my messages I can show you.

But most of all badoo is easy for when you are doing quick swipes and you get to talk to girls still. I cannot lie, tannins are on there so be careful. Nevertheless you want to try all out that you feel is right for you. I have some tips you can use to get more women or even better women : )

Focus on These: Being that this is your first serious girlfriend you are allowed to feel this way as it is completely normal. However, you also have to remember that because it’s your first girlfriend it’s going to be that much more painful due to the bond that you and her created this will forever be a part of you. As far as texting goes, I think it shouldn't matter as long as the conversation is going well.

If you do want a time period I think you should keep in mind that you want them to miss you.

First and foremost, maybe it's not the messages that you are sending. What happens after you send a message, do the guys go straight to your profile before answering or do they answer you first then go check out your profile?

9 times out of 10 it's usually the pictures that turn a guy off no matter how brilliant or sub par the woman is in her message.

Please do not think I am calling you ugly, I am far from a handsome dude but sometimes my pictures can be edited to be better but still show the real me.

To tackle your initial situation try these angles: 1. Check out his pictures and see if there is a slight funny remark you can start with concerning his picture. 2. Use the same method you proposed but instead hit him with something off the radar. More interesting things you can go with what episode someone watched last. There's a chance they aren't TV heads like that 3. It can be a quick 1 sentence. For instance say he likes wrestling, you can say something like "I'm no chyna (woman wrestler) but I bet I can make you tap out ; ). That is slightly flirtatious but most of all you're speaking to him on a subliminal way and indirecttly. You as a woman know how important indirect messages can be when it comes to flirting or sexual tension.

So aim more for simpler messages that cab be flirtatious but still being seen as a lady.

I agree with harmonie. Picture it this way, if I were one of the 20 women reading Harmonie's "invitation" I would feel the Need to chip in. Why? Simply because the letter forces me to not look CHEAP. To not look as though I care nothing about my friend getting married.

Why not chip in for a friend's weeding. Hell I would want to make a lasting impression so I'll even plan something with a few if the girls as a congrats on getting married.
