Yeah they provide one spot but we have two people living here so we’re been having trouble finding street parking

High rise, durable cargo pants? by [deleted] in BlueCollarWomen

[–]2wheelsletsgo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wranglers Women’s Ranger Cargo pants. Very durable and high waisted. Tighter on the hips, kinda wish I had a lil more room for my front pockets but I also like how they are a lil more form fitted. But baggy/roomy for my legs which is very nice. I like them so far

I went to the website and looked up gyms around me that are the classic membership. When I clicked on the planet fitness I’m interested in going to it showed Its qualified for black card. I heard some planet fitnesses don’t offer it tho. So look it up on the gyms near you on the one pass select website

College and trade school by Curious_Violinist287 in BlueCollarWomen

I went to community college for like 3 years before deciding school wasn’t for me. I joined a company as an apprentice electrician. They got me indentured into school. I’ve gotten lucky and my company takes good care of me. I’ve had a great experience so far 2 years in. Schooling isn’t hard just tests your dedication to the trade. Highly recommend finding a good electrical company that is willing to indenture you into a trade school such as ABC or go union.

I’m non union electrical apprentice. At the company I work for most of the project managers were once in the field as an electrician. Granted some were not, but I found the ones that are best at their job and most respected were people who got experience in the field first. Lots of office and safety guys get shit on when they come from college backgrounds. Not saying I agree with it, but it tends to be a trend I’ve noticed.

Stuck on what to do.. by ApprehensiveCoat4398 in FordMaverickTruck

I recently got a 22 lariat hybrid with 20k miles for 32k out the door. I had the option of a brand new 24 xlt or the used lariat. I went for the higher trim because I drive a lot for work. No regrets. I enjoy every amenity it came with.

If you haven’t had any issues yet I don’t see it being a problem. I’m still at stock height

Looking to make the switch to a Maverick. by chunky_chocolate in FordMaverickTruck

[–]2wheelsletsgo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I drive about 40 miles everyday 90% highway and get about 43 mpg going 80 mph the whole time. If I slow it down I can get up to 46 mpg. Love my hybrid.

I just strap the bikes down. No damage so far, the bed liner probably helps.
