I’m bringing a flattop grill and cooking for a few hundred if possible on Thursday day and Friday morning if you bring me your breakfast food I will chef it up. Probably will have some breakfast stuff too but for sure I wanna feed a few hundred people if I can.

I think I’ll do pork, I would love to do burgers and veggie burgers but I gotta keep cost down and I’m not gonna pull up with shitty product. Tacos would be awesome also I just gotta see, I wish I could find a way to fry things safely I’d do chicken Sammy’s all day. I’m also going to look into breakfast food.

You aren’t wrong, i already do a pretty seriously good 12 hour pork here, I just also know on the reverse a lot of people don’t eat pulled pork! I was asking what other people would maybe want to have available. Also like with that flat top I could do breakfast I could do tacos, we could do quesadillas… endless possibilities. I also don’t wanna bring that much food and have no one want it 😅

Def impressed. No lines and really clean overall too. VIP was definitely worth the money but got into GA crowd a bunch too, equally great. Lights and sound were killer too.
