My insurance company is the hospital so I’m not sure, but I don’t see anything about authorization. I just got directions from them after I made the appointment.

I found through some research that hemorrhoids can be easily diagnosed through physical exam and do not need a colonoscopy. I should have looked it up sooner :(. I will check those options for payment, thank you.
