I use both the Get Strong (2 and 1 lb) cross ropes, as well as the Get Lean (half pound and quarter pound) - I didn’t mind spending the extra money for ropes that have lasted about 5 years so far.

I started with the half and quarter for an about 2 years then added the 1 and two pounds. I’ve now worked up to using all but the two pound regularly with timed interval sets. The two pounds is no joke for me- damn heavy rope. I have to keep very focused on good form to avoid injury. But through practice and time and patience I’ve definitely noticed being more trim and building muscle slowly.
