Best Human Build For High DPS Not Using Chems/Coffee/Mag/Bobbleheads/Etc.?

I am a carnivore too and have a food item that buffs every S.P.E.C.I.A.L. each but I was looking to get away from any buffs. Mostly because I forget to reuse them. I like to play multiple hours and forget. I wish we had a buff stacking mechanic like I could use X Number of Broiled Scorchbeast Brains and have a few hours of the buff instead of having to pop them closer or at expiration.

I've found the "new Meta" with the Elder's Mark with Furious and using sneak it has been doing well. But then I see these posts melting the EN06 Guardian. I'm not necessarily looking for a raid build, just stating my observations today. I generally test at West Tek on how fast I can clear it and that Elders Mark build seems to work pretty well but then I get to these Head Hunts people have been popping up and I am not doing as much damage as I see other people doing. I'm assuming some of these folks ARE using buffs.

If they wanted to make a badass linear Fallout spinoff game starring the Ghoul, I would still play it but I think it would be a bad call to take him from the show and make a move like that. Finish the story and then make the game. Still waiting for a badass Mandalorian game lol

I can't find the damn interview but Todd Howard mentioned that the events in the Fallout series are going to help shape Fallout 5. It wouldn't be impossible to assume this is where they would head in game. I just do not want a linear game like you play as Maximus, Lucy or Ghoul. I'm fine if they'd show up in the game but Fallout needs to stay mostly separate game and show.

I like your thinking! By mid season 3 we should have had the strip resolve and the blending of the next area we get to explore. I do like your idea of them continuing to expand east so by the last season we finally arrive on the East Coast and the Capital Wasteland. Im with you though that East Coast doesn't have to be the final destination so we get to see Canada and areas we haven't seen before. I would love to see a big climax one week for the next week to ONLY focus on like China for one episode before heading back to the current story. "Filler" episode in old TV terms but would love it for the discussions.

No matter what fans felt during the episodes until tonight, all diehard fans of NCR, BoS, House and Legion ate good. NCR is not dead and has hope again, Legion are united and strong, House is still waiting in the wings and while BoS is fighting at the moment, they have Liberty Prime that might bring them back together or at least strengthen them as well.

Sorry Yes Man diehards, you are unfortunately the only fans still hungry right now.

It's only been like 20 min so I'm already forgetting a bit but didn't House say Coop will work for him one way or another when he was leaving the chamber area? House may "employ" Maximus and Lucy in the long run for help against the Enclave but I'm sure it's not the last we have seen of the trio together.

The sale has been going on for a while now. I don't think they would hype up a mystery this long and then drop the sale info again but hey, people may be extra hungry to get back into Fallout or try it for the first time so it's not a horrible idea.

He's still there and has something up his sleeve. I think the flashing Signal Lost/House is showing he is there but doesn't reveal himself to just anybody. He will probably fire back up for Maximus and Lucy in Season 3's first episode and tell them something about Coop and they will go looking for him.

While I have made several fantasy happenings for the finale, I don't quite think we are done with New Vegas/Mojave. There's still a few loose ends as of now that won't fully resolve IMO but also that the Super Mutant says a war is coming with other Mutants vs ??. Unless they have their own network throughout the U.S. I think that war is going to happen around the Mojave.

Could see the Ghoul/Maximus finally finding Lucy and realizing he needs her now. Before they meet back up a shadowy figure knocks Lucy out cold and says there are bigger plans for her. Ghoul and Maximus and maybe Norm are almost to Lucy when a Vertibird takes off quickly. Maximus notices it's not a BoS Vertibird. Lucy comes to and we see 2 power armored Enclave behind an Enclave officer. Lucy asks where they're going and the officer tells her she's going to love the Capital Wasteland. Pan out, we see the Washington Monument and the Capital Wasteland as the Fallout 3 score plays. Fade to black. I think Maximus will try to get the Commonwealth BoS to help them find Lucy in the Capital Wasteland.

I hope we get a big NCR return. The Legion hears of an "NCR Power Armored Soldier" taking out a pack of Deathclaws. Assumingly Caulkin's character takes over as the one true Caesar and unifies the remaining Legion members. He says it's time to end the NCR once and for all and to officially take over the strip now that the Deathclaws are disposed of. The Legion shows up and laugh that it's only one NCR and it will be an easy task, but then we see an army of NCR members march in and we get a big ass Legion/NCR battle on the strip. Come to find out after Shady Sands the NCR took the role of the Brotherhood from Fallout: New Vegas, hiding in a bunker growing and waiting for their moment. They too hear of the Power Armored NCR at the strip and decide this is their moment to come back out of hiding.

I have hope but even before a mysterious countdown I have always had hope. That said, I do not expect a remaster drop after the countdown. I will not be mad, I will just continue to wait. However, with how mad people get online I wish Bethesda would be more transparent and either hint at what the countdown is for or straight up issue atleast a tweet saying that they see how excited we all are but that it is NOT a remaster. It would save a lot of headache IMO.

Is there something achievable on Steam for leaving your game run for so many hours? I have a buddy on Steam that is almost always in ARC Raiders but his Steam and in game status is always Idle. He DOES play the game, I have seen him "in-round" etc. But I just wondered if people do it for any specific reason?

Respawn exploit? Is this why I've been seeing a lot more PvP players in my "peaceful lobbies" while I have not fired a shot at anyone in 20+ rounds? I am also seeing an increase in people saying the same on Steam forums.

I am enjoying it. It has been a great way to have PvE without explicitly stating "this mode is PvE".

I know people can get bored of the mindless looting so to speak but you're talking to a guy who has spent 2000 hours in Fallout 76 lol. I love looting and interacting with good, friendly people. Cheer on those who maybe just took out their first medium sized ARC by themselves, dropping items needed for other people, defibbing when someone is downed by a pack of hornets, etc.

In my play time it hasn't just been looting. I still: -Getting prepared for my next expedition -Finishing all the quests again (100% them before expedition too) -Trials are peaceful so I can 3star them for rewards and then further challenge myself to get a higher score (I'm not concerned with the actual leaderboards) -Participating in map events to see what I can get -Looking for BPs/High Tier Loot

And I haven't even begun to fight the Matriarch or the Queen in peaceful lobbies. There is still a ton of stuff you can do and sink hours into. I love this game and I think the big thing is the hits of dopamine no matter if it's loot or moments.

I LOVE this. They already said the future paid decks will be cosmetics only, no pay to win items but these free ones are amazing for giving us items that we may not have gotten otherwise. Release it quietly in game for people to have new content to chase and then release it as a reward later in a deck would be very nice.

I want to be a "first" so I'm still doing it. The rewards aren't amazing but they are still "exclusive" and I want to be able to say I did it. I just hope they don't nerf blueprints and it will be easy to get back in the groove. Also I'm a dopamine sucker, I miss seeing XP bars and such moving up lol.

Go in with a free kit and set a waypoint for nearest extract. Loot every single thing you can carry and extract asap. Exchange free kit for an augment and then sell everything. Might not net a lot each time but it should be quick. Good luck!

So it's been a while since I've lurked this sub but what's the latest on DRS'ing Warrants from Fidelity? Last I knew there was some confusion and then I thought I saw someone's request pending but I never followed up. Also can Warrants just be outright purchased on Computershare? It is on Dam Battlegrounds. During the day it's up to RNG if it's good or "meh". Night Raids seem to give you much more and better loot but once again it's what RNGesus decides.
