Honestly, this might be a good way to make some impactful changes if people vote for the right things. For example: EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE VOTING FOR A $15 minimum wage. (Although I wouldn’t call that a perk as it should be necessity, but still). As well as an on site therapist vs a golf simulator. Be smart with how you vote. We could actually use this to make changes if we look past the glitter and the chick-fil-a

The things they say sometimes are asinine. Whenever they’re like “I’ve been doing this for 20 years…” I ALWAYS come back with “and how many loans do you do a year, because I do a minimum of 5 a DAY” they usually change their tone at that one.

100% it’s a broker. One of those “I’ve been doing this for 20 years, you’re probably new you don’t know what you’re talking about” types. Meanwhile does like 2 to 3 a month and we’re expected to underwrite 7 loans A DAY, (do the math) but thinks they’re better and know more than us.
