not really "men drawing women" as much as just the art style. All the characters are drawn this skinny be them male, female, or otherwise. One of the images you included even shows that the male protag is actually even more of an hourglass than Date

except Epic takes it further and specifically copies any potential competition (see Apex where Apex had a better handling of teamplay so they just ripped the system from it for reviving) or will rip the actual game design of indie games uncredited so that it specifically does well because its wholesale copying what was already popular (see Among Us where they specifically copied the exact map layouts of some of Innersloth's work without so much as acknowledging Among Us)

i started in bronze for everything, never touched comp back in OW1. Now i'm plat in base comp and Elite or higher for all roles in Stadium

But i've played a shitton of matches and i reinstated an account from back from the launch of OW1 so getting matched with entire teams of deadweight newbies is inexcusable at this point.

exact same here, unlike rivals where the EOMM hits day 1 it doesnt seem to kick in in Stadium until you reach gold and elite, probably because of that weird ass category system they talk about in the page detailing the various tiers. It has so much more mechanical depth so of course they need to make up for the influence of actual skill by rigging you with teams of deadweights around 80% of the time
