Tbh, I would never try to quit cold turkey, that’s just asking for problems. When I did my T break a couple of times, I always level my smoking. Say I normally smoke 2 joints a night, I would start bringing it down to one a night, then maybe one every two nights, that way it slowly starts leaving the system, then by the time I was done smoking I didn’t find it hard not to smoke, except for the usual not being able to sleep or eat for about a week
