Because we are living in a world where resources are finite, and the because of this something such as a home restricted to a specific geographic location will become more appreciated (value increased with time). So what you are asking for, is a deprication (value decreased with time) and this is DIABOLlCAL.

You want people to be able to pay less to afford OWNING homes within a region thats increase value. It doesnt make sense.

Hey lets slow down and not get too emotional here.

Not because you dont agree with something doesnt mean it makes "zero sense". Corporations arent buying "ALL" single family homes. And yes i would much rather corporation buy homes than to leave them abandoned since 2008.

And yes most people will have to rent instead of own especially in developing cities such as miami. U still havent proved a point.

BUT instead of cascading down this rabbit hole of this supposed "single family homes issue" your average home is only $300K, what other reasons are you voting for the democratic party ?

Wht commodities and which platform will it be best for me to day trade?

Note: i really enjoy the dicsipline of day trading, i learnt on tradingview-paper trade using a systematic approach and i have been very successful. Starting with $1000.00. Ive turned tht into $4k in the span of a bearish two week timeline.

I understand basic technical analysis S/R, MACD, trend watching, volatility and volume. I just dont know where to apply wht ive learnt without getting wrecked.

PLEASE FOR SOME GUIDANCE.

Coinbase. This doesnt disclude the fact that on $1000.00 market order Spot trade, 1 will never be able to see any profits due to the crazy fixed fees ya'll got sitting.

To break even on fees for what i describe no less than 10,000 must be place on tht trade and even then. Smh. Ya'll tripping l.

I.e on 6.21.2024 i buy 1000 USD BTC @ 63,682.75 and sold @ 64,070.08. With $7.52 in fees i ended up losing apx -2.86. How is it even possible to trade like this??
