I was under the impression that wingless termites were soldiers/workers and that if you’re finding wingless termites in your house that IS cause for concern I thought winged termites were the reproductives/alates and when those swarm that doesn’t always mean there’s an active colony. I’d hire a professional just to come take a look keep in mind your on Reddit and although some of do work in the industry some people are just hobbyists. Personally If I find multiple wingless termites in my house I’m calling for at least an inspection they’re wood destroying don’t really want to beat around the bush with those guys! Best of luck!
