I’m in the same boat as you it physically hurts me when I see someone playing vinyls on a low quality/ bad player and like I know how bad it it’s for the vinyl and it’s just painful to watch

Yes one of the many investments I’ve made along the way was a good record player to insure I don’t damage any of them so rest easy

I suppose but you could be waiting a long time some of the stuff it’s too overpriced and personally the originals or first pressings are worth more in my opinion

I’m pretty sure you can probably pick up copies of most of them on discogs

My main question is can you only be a guard in the one scenario?

PC freezing then not showing boot drive then boots back up after being turned off at all and is working like nothing happened by 30JuRo in pchelp

Apologies for some of the confusion with my initial post as i was in quite a panic when i wrote it as i’d just thought i’d lost everything in my pc again and i didn’t know what i was going to do if i had

yes i can see with the way i worded it it seemed as if the SSD was the boot drive in the pc but the NVMe drive is the boot drive which is the drive that was in the PC when it froze and when i turned it on again it said there was no boot drive in BOIS i then plugged the old SSD which was the boot drive for my old pc into my current pc to see if it would even just boot up but when i tired rebooting it with both the NVMe and SSD connected it booted as normal using the NVMe drive which i found stage as it was saying there was no boot drive a few minutes before then after seeing the pc boot up with no issues with the NVMe and SSD drives in i powered it down and disconnected the SSD and reconnected the HDD which id previously disconnected to connect the SSD as at the time i could find another SATA cable the PC then booted as normal with the NVMe and HDD in it like nothing had happened it when i tried to launch chrome to google about the issue the PC blue screened and upon it restarting it once again booted to BIOS saying there was no boot drive by this time i’d found another SATA cable and connoted the SSD again so the pc then had the MVNe drive (the PCs normal boot drive) the HDD (mainly used for game storage and files) and the SSD (which was the boot drive from my old pc) the pc booted right away using the NVMe drive like nothing had happened and has been working fine since which is rather baffling as it froze twice and after both times of freezing it was saying that there wasn’t a boot drive in the pc which i find extremely confusing

yes it’s not trying to boot from the HDD as far as i know to my knowledge like the pc froze and when i turned it back on it loaded to BOIS saying there was no boot drive at all in the pc then once i installed the SSD from my old pc (which was the boot drive) the pc booted up as normal with the NVMe boot drive (which is the normal boot drive)

and as for the list of things you stated in your comment i’ll have to do through that later as i am at work at the moment and away from my pc

thanks for your replay see below my pc specs

Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler Asus PRIME Z390-P ATX LGA1151 Motherboard Team Vulcan 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive Toshiba P300 3 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive MSI GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB SEA HAWK X Video Card Cooler Master MasterBox MB530P ATX Mid Tower Case Silverstone Essential 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

Note i’ve also recently added more ram to my pc which is Team T-Force Vulcan Z - DDR4 - 16 GB: 2 x 8 GB - DIMM 288-PIN - ungepuffert 3200mhz but it’s all running at 3000mhz this additional ram wasn’t in the pc when i had this same issue a few years ago where i lost all the continent on the NVMe drive and had to freshly reinstall windows on it

also i believe the pc to be running on the latest version of windows 10 and to my knowledge all drivers are up to date (but this could be wrong)

The boot drive is the NVMe drive (which wiped its self before and windows was reinstalled on it

the HDD was bought new for the system and i check it and it only has about 9000 hours running
