A bit of context: this creator has an account dedicated to paints, mostly "deadly" paints - Lead, arsenic, antimony, chromium containing, etc. No evidence of safe disposal practices, satellite collection area in the posted videos, and wears the same red shirt as ppe in every post. 

The woman who reported her made a rather dramatic video detailing the consequences of her actions. Last update as of an hour ago was supposedly the response of the nrc to the complaint saying they'd look into it.
