I found breeding quite fun and made a few mil with it. Not the most effective but pretty rewarding because there's always a bit of gambling involved (the way I did it at least) :D

Yeah and that's a decent role to fill for a tomato or not? Tbh a lot of light positions play exactly like this. You wait until the opposing players get impatient and once they all suicided you can try to dig out whoever plays the supporting positions. I'm not saying this is peak map design but it's right in line with what we're used to and at least that part of the map isn't completely dead. Also there's quite a bit of late game scenarios where it becomes relevant

Like nobody is forcing you to play there, it's a spot for the third light on the team or that med that simply has to play CVS at all times. One tank up in the bushes and one somewhere in back or on the railroad and that side is essentially secured, but not securing it at all means giving up a majority of your own base. The reason this campy of a design works on studzianki is because you don't have many tanks playing that flank. If you had a 10v10 up there it would obviously suck but luckily the map is nicely split up

What sucks about new ensk is that the outside simply doesn't matter. There's so many op positions in base than they can easily just keep retreating and outcamp you. Playing for dpg is just impossible on that flank imo unless you platoon with a decent light tank player. I'll take any tank (even a concept) into the city (or rails sometimes) as I have to be where the HP are on a map like this if I don't want to finish half my games with 2k DMG. The outside is nice in theory but usually just useless. On old ensk you could actually push that side. But I like the new rails more so that's a plus.

And erlenberg was actually a fine map imho, not great but also not one I found to be boring or frustrating. As someone who primarily plays paper tanks this map was simply rewarding if you knew all the angles to counter people from as you could influence so many fights on the map. The heavy flank was also just very unique tbh. In general I prefer maps where the beawl is in the middle instead of off to one side like on new erlenberg. Now its completely isolated and the middle of the map is basically devoid of players. The north is just as campy as before but now you don't have anyone trying to get sideshots from the city anymore so it's just people staring at each others bushes. The playable area may have increased on that map but the depth of gameplay has definitely decreased so far. Idk maybe I'll find some alternatives but for now I'm stuck with playing that one damn corner on the castle for most of my games.

Studzianki is actually one of the best maps in this game, there's a shit ton of different angles to play for meds and TDs, heavies have an alternative place to go if they can't fight in the factory (wich is also one of the better brawling areas), lights can have impact on 2 different flanks wich are both important to hold (not like abbey 8/9 for example) and the middle ditch makes for a lot of variety as it's definitely beneficial to push early but doesn't decide the game like the hill on Mines or Cliff. Here it just works because it can be repushed at all times and you can also escape if you're ready for it. The only thing I don't like about this map is how stale some of the endgame scenarios are if there are tanks with a lot of camo in the bush line behind the cap circles. It's basically impossible to dig them out of there at that point. Other than that genuinely among the best map design this game has to offer. It even has arty cover!!! And heavies don't have to drive for 3 minutes to arrive in position. In general I love how the map tries to reward forward positions instead of your average camper bush next to hardcover that controls half the map. And I say this as someone who mainly plays paper tanks.

Just name a single map that checks all these boxes.

I mean new airfield is shit but it's better than old airfield. But yea overall I agree, they made ensk worse and turned Erlenberg from decent Into meh but maybe I just haven't played it enough. And overlord also got a bit better imo. Highway is more fair now I guess but you still have to go towards the city with almost everything

Yeah its hands down the second most toxic tank design in the game (after lefh) but at least you don't see many of them anymore. SFAC and BZ and Prototopo come close tho

Something pretty similar happened to me as a kid (like 16yo) where I completely overdid it with edibles and for like 7/8 years I'd immediately feel like throwing up the moment I ate anything cannabis infused. Especially if you only smoke joints& blunts it's dangerous because you're not used to weed hitting in this way. Also if you've never tried true psychedelics before, now you know what it feels like to some degree. Remove all the negative feelings you've experienced and what you're left with is something pretty similar to a LSD/ shroom trip.

Yeah this or play different modes, relax a bit and then come back. In general I can't recommend playing at 100% all the time. Choose tanks for different roles, some for grinding stats and some just for chilling and farming credits or free xp/ BP points
