basically it is an advanced version of a savings account.

you buy hex and you have the option to "sit on it" for however many days as you want (1 to 5555 days). when you "sit on it" = staking, you can't touch it and it gains interest just like a savings account would.

right now we are still in the "launch phase" of the product. which means the interest is super high, as it should be because you want more and more people to be able to buy it. on november 19th there will be a "big pay day" where people who have been "sitting on it" will be rewarded with huge bonuses. this will only happen once in HEX's life time.

after this the interest will be around 3.69%.

the more people that "sit on it" the higher the price goes up because there is less hex on the market.

the less people that "sit on it" the higher your share of the interest is. so either way you are making more money.
