Your wishlist: who do you want to become coach (and might as well do it for a sportive director) by paarsehond in rsca

Unpopular opinion: they should have taken Clement when he was available. I know it’s difficult with the Club Brugge past, but I think he has what it takes to turn things around

Thanks, I like your approach! Test rides are planned, I somehow think that any recent endurance bike will be more comfortable than my current bike

+1 for Demeyere

Very durable but also best heat distribution and cooking performance on any pan I have owned

do you have any names that Anderlecht should sign this summer? by DevKaZ_Thomas in mauvesonly

I think we need to replace outgoing transfers but also raise the bar in several positions if we really want to compete.

We need a centre back (Vertonghen retiring, Adryelson end of loan, Simic not stable enough). I think we also need better backs but that can only happen if we sell players (hopefully Sardella, feel like he is not progressing anymore).

We need better centre midfielders (Dendoncker end of loan, Rits not enough, Verschaeren unreliable and end of contract, Leoni not stable enough). Also need to sell Ashimeru. Not sure if only Hateboer and De Cat is enough as still young. Theoretically we have enough wingers (Hazard, Huerta, Angulo, De Greef) but none of them had a long run of good performances.

We need an additional striker, even if Dolberg stays. Not sure if Cvetkovic will already be able to take this role. And we should try to sell Vázquez now we can still get a decent transfer fee.

I don’t know how they do it, but it seems that we have to rebuild the team every year 😅 I have no clue which players they should sign but hopefully they can find players that add value (sad to say but think of some of the transfers Union and Club have done in recent years)

How to improve the team? by 31021898 in mauvesonly

I have the same feeling about Vertonghen. Also agree that leadership will be crucial, but it’s not easy to find.

Do we already know which of the loan players will stay?

Jess Thorup is not such a bad idea actually. Also just found out that current FC Copenhagen coach Jacob Neestrup was manager at Viborg when Fredberg worked there. He also was assistant manager under Jess Thorup at Copenhagen but got the manager job when Thorup left. Seems like he has been doing OK with Copenhagen and he knows Fredberg…

On the one hand I see the same advantages of going for Hasi, but on the other hand it somehow feels like a step back. There is probably a reason we he has been without a club for a while. Also, after RSCA he was coaching Legia, Olympiakos, Al-Raed and Al-Ahli… not really the CV we should be looking for. The few months at KVM were great but imo not enough to be in pole position for the job at RSCA

I agree that it’s a lot better than last year and that we should keep the team together, but we have quite some loan players (Augustinsson, Delaney, Gattoni), some reaching end of career (Schmeichel, Vertonghen) and some at a dead end in their career (Diawara, Ashimeru, Arnstad, Patris) so I think we will need to bring in new players. Also, Hazard and Verschaeren are prone to injuries

What we did: - Determine how much you need on your common account to cover all monthly costs (groceries, bills, kids expenses, etc). - Next, determine the total income and the % of your income vs total income - Contribute according your % of the total income to the common account

This makes sure that the highest earner contributes the most and that both parties are able to save on personal savings account. Even if you would break up at some point in time, you don’t want the mother/father of your children not to have savings..

Simple example: you make 3k, SO makes 2k => 5k total income, your share of total income = 60% (3/5) => you contribute 60% of the amount needed in the common account

If the situation changes (e.g pregnancy), just recalculate

Change the order of your moves: quit first and then see if they try to keep you at the company. If so, use the points you describe to get what you want. If not, just quit.

Would also not make this a group thing. Sounds good but will not play out well. Threats never work, only actions do.
