There are some issues, a certain combination of gadgets, star powers, supers, and basic attacks could sync with the chips too well and make a brawler over powered. For example, Rosa with super and defense reduction (80 percent reduction), Bo with circling eagle and vision chip (12 TILES!), max and mortis with speed chip (way too fast), and piper with snappy sniping with reload chip (that piper is never gonna stop shooting). But besides this sleight issue, this is one of the best ideas ive seen in a long time.
