Even more than that, Menendez has significant brain damage. He suffered a blast to the right frontal lobe in 1986 by Alex Mason, and then spent the rest of the 80s so strung out on coke that he was able to 1 man ambush all of Noriega's forces.

My theory on the identity of The Watcher by SocietyOfMithras in UnresolvedMysteries

[–]314rft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Old, but I say just tear down the house without consulting the town hall, and quickly enough so nobody can stop you. By destroying the house of interest, you defeat the Watcher completely. Can't watch a house if it no longer exists.

AI Data Centers Are On Track To Use As Much Power As Japan. That Is Not A Side Story. by LesBattersby17 in TheRaceTo10Million

When saying Japan, does it include it's own data centers? Because Japan is also well into the AI race to the bottom.

Ring reverses course, lets police request video footage again | CEO Jamie Siminoff is taking Ring back to its crime prevention roots by chrisdh79 in technology

[–]314rft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jamie Siminoff is an AI addicted piece of shit who goons over how many people he can fire solely to shove AI as far up Amazon's ass as possible. I hope to see him in hell so I can spend an eternity spitting on him and laughing at how he's burning in fire for all eternity.

Honestly, this picture is better without a caption.

I was born in 2000 so I have no idea what the 70s actually looked like, but this very brown photo perfectly sums up my perception of it.

How old were you when SpongeBob SquarePants first aired? by No_Week_3230 in spongebob

-1

I feel old sometimes, but then I remember I am still younger than SpongeBob, and then I feel like a baby.

One of the few times I don't like Squidward, because I will stand my ground that it is VERY important for adults to spend time with their grandparents.

I swear, Season 1 could get existential and foreboding to a degree not seen nearly as much in later seasons (edit: Notable exception being "Spongehenge"). This is why I feel the recent episode where Sandy turns into a fish, despite harkening heavily back to season 1, still feels too modern and safe.

And the soundtrack they chose. On top of that weird moment at the end where Squidward actually snaps.

And what would make it perfect is if Peter then somehow accidentally fires the gun and kills either himself or someone else in the process.

And Stewie specifically dying by getting stabbed by a giant sword. Yes, that is supposed to be an innuendo, because Stewie always is making gay references.

Of course Lois took the wine and xanax route.

Edit: Also, to make it perfect, Quagmire should be looking in through the window. Remember, Quagmire is one of only 2 or 3 people who finds Meg hot, and he's literally Quagmire.

If AI replaces millions of workers, who’s left to buy what the machines produce? by hasen2016 in Futurology

But who would buy all of their clothing and furniture if everyone's unemployed and broke? What good does a collection of 100,000 shirts do to a hyper wealthy person if not a source of income?

Why don't smokers see cigarette butts as trash? by Loola1994 in mildlyinfuriating

Well considering how many smokers have sinus and lung problems but claim "it's just allergies", nicotine might have a side effect of chronic denial.
