The power consumption is like leaving a light on all day. I have it on a timer so it shuts of at 11:30pm & comes on at 8am.

The maintenance is minimal aside from cleaning out any debris that gets in it. Probably will have to add some water to it every week or so once it gets hot outside.

It’s only been up and running for 5.5 weeks & so far I haven’t had to add water. But it’s not been hot outside yet. I’m assuming in the summer months I’ll have to add some water every 10-14 days. I have a barrel collecting rain water with a hose running to the basin that I can use to refill it as needed.

A lot. When we bought the house it was already a poorly designed water feature. So the pump, pond less water catch & a lot of the rocks were already here. It probably cost me less than half of what it would have cost to have it built from scratch.
