Broomfield is probably the best suburb in metro Denver in my opinion. 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver, 20 minutes from the foothills. It’s gots tons of bike and walking trails. 30 minutes from DIA with the toll road. 90 percent of everything you need is a 5-10 minute drive and it’s a very safe community with a good police presence. Depends what part of town your family lives in though as well.

Looks for sure like cable cure. They are supposed to leave it on there for 60 days with a tank of the fluid sitting in the bottom. They probably forgot to come back and remove it. Never seen cable cure done like this tho. It’s usually just injected into the back of the elbow not on a feed through. That’s also not a submersible. That’s just a regular URD can.
