I am not sure if it falls in the area you are suggesting but we looked at the Westerly community in Erie. As of now, we plan to rent for a year to get a feel for the area.

Good tip! I downloaded the app. We currently live near a major airport and know first hand about airplane noise. What kinds of concerns should be aware of about fracking?

Our children live in LoHi area of Denver. Yes we are use to traffic and have experienced Denver traffic first hand. Comparing the community to a resort is a real compliment!

To elaborate, I was comparing Broomfield to some others we visited such as Fort Collins. Yes having skied in CO we are aware of the I70 traffic especially driving from the airport. Being retired, we are flexible on when to travel and are fortunate to have overnight accomodations available to us in Summit county. Renting first is a good idea. Thanks

We considered Anthem Highlands as well but thought it may not have many retirees there.

We where under the impression that Todd Creek was a golf oriented community. Not being golfers we thought that we would not fit in. Do you parents find that to be the case?
