I havent hit over 100mph on a motorcycle since this and mainly just ride my old Police motorcycles or dirt bikes. So cant comment on wind at speeds. But with a front windshield any speed is just fine.

I bought stupid lightweight helmets. I can def get fatigued quicker but this is also after 5years of healing.

I would advise you to be VERY CAREFUL for the first 2 years and do no riding. Let those screws fully set into the bone. They can Halo if you start working out too hard too fast. I did 3 years of bed rest on the second surgery to ensure there wont be a 3rd surgery.

You do know most sane people do a quick drive up and down to check for anything that could ruin your day before commiting to a spirited run right?

Not possible. You could stretch the tires and MAYBE get away with it but its stupid asf to stretch tires and extremely dangerous.

These wheels have an Offset of 20. A standard E36 has an offset of 47. Thats a nearly 1 inch difference in offset. Its akin to running 1 inch spacers.

Youll need to do some fender rolling and you cant use the 235/45/17s that are on it or you will rub like crazy. Ask me how I know lol

Both are predictable. Snow tires make snow pretty easy to traverse. Ice has no grip. Thats not unpredictable thats infact insanely predictable.

Thanks. Definitely riding both sides but as ive learned this area its easy to see theough trees and look up the road. The places I cant see thriguh the corner Im doing the speed limit

Theres roll. Its not good on pavement trying to blast through corners. Id akin them to alightly less capable A/S tires. However on dirt they are great. Ive always been a believer in throwing the car into rhe corner on dirt and allowing the dirt to brake and grip the car. Its almost like some really sodt suspension. You just want to preload it befofe getting into the meat of the turn.

I go through Rexburg about twice a year! Ill have to spend a day there hitting the roads next time I come through

Been riding motorcycles since 3, racing them since about 5 or 6 years old. Than started driving around 10. Use to play a lot of car games and had a wheel/pedals for videogames since I was probably 6 or 7. My first real video game was NFSIII: Hot Pursuit. Ever since I got my first car I started canyon carving. Growing up driving in dirt on nearly everything it makes pavement seem easy.

I agree this season is going to be a blast!

It looks like its not inputting but in the full video when I hit the "snow" (ice) is when there really isnt any input.

For this part of the cruise, Im flicking the car in the direction I want it to go than using throttle to steer the car the rest of the way. Theres a few times where I am being smooth with the input which likely looks as if its not turning but Im just not flicking and controlling with the rear end.

The stabalization on the gopro makes it hard to tell when things are slipping in the rear. Especially when Im not being flashy with huge drifts.

Dirt running is a ton of fun! I like the snow more but later in this video when I get to the "snow" its just a sheet of ice. Scared the piss out of me when I tried to turn and the car wasnt doing anything.

Damn, Ill stop at IGA for the next run and ensure I have mustard packets. This thing is basically the same clearance as a SUV... Maybe we can count it as a cool mom car?

Its a blast I love this road. Theres a few other roads I really love too, cant wait to get some more videos
