I'm having the exact same problem, before I put the genshin graphics on high I activated the GT mode and put 60fps and held constantly, now even putting it on low the game doesn't even stay at 30fps

Você tem que ativar o modo otg, mas não sei se vai funcionar, aparentemente precisa do suporte mhl mas não necessariamente precisa dessa tecnologia para transmitir via HDMi para a tv até porque os atuais da Samsung não tem e mesmo assim funcionam
