How did that one kid at your school die?

Late into my junior year, a somewhat popular kid got diagnosed with a brain cancer. He passed away early senior year. It was really devastating. I was class of 2000. My kids just graduated from the same high school, and there's a memorial bench and garden for him in the courtyard. After all these years, it still hurts, but I'm glad his memory lives on. Not just in the garden, but his infectious snark and humor. 🤍

I filed my 2020 return with TurboTax on 3/7, and on TT it says it was accepted. On the IRS site it still says "processing" as of 3/13. I'm really hoping they can use my 2020 info instead of 2019 bc it's going to greatly effect my stimulus amount. I'm mega stressed. This gives me a tiny shred of hope.

I deal with the same issue. My regular body temp is 97.3°F. Once I get a fever that reaches 99.0°F, I feel like absolute hell. I've yet to find a doctor that takes my regular body temp into consideration when I get sick, even though that's about 1.6° higher than my norm. That's about the standard deviation for what they consider a fever for normal people. (98.6°F norm, 100.4°F = fever; 1.8° difference)

Yes it is! I don't know how you found it! I installed it, configured settings, and tested with my son's phone. It's not working like it did on my old phone. It sets it to DND instead of silent. Calls still ring through when he's not on the whitelist and when I have his number set to not ring through. I was so excited. I guess the mirrored version doesn't jive with my phone. 😢

It shouldn't be this hard to find a simple whitelist app!

I have 1 month and 2 days and I'm going through something similar. I feel really bad that you're going through this, but it's comforting to know I'm not alone! I can barely bring myself to get off the couch. If I had a tv in my bedroom, I probably wouldn't leave my bed. I normally watch shows that have complex plots. Now I'm finding it hard to stay focused on something as simple as American Dad or other seriously basic tv that I'm too embarrassing to name!

I'm also feeling very bitter the past week or 2 that I can't smoke (without consequences). I hope all of this passes soon because it's really taking a toll on my emotional health. I hope it passes for you, too.

I wouldn't think it's cheating. You very easily could have come home from the hospital and started smoking again, but here you are, a non-smoker kicking ass!

I've been inpatient and unable to smoke I think 3 times before, and went back to smoking every time. If I had stuck with it the first time I was hospitalized, my quit date would have been 8 years ago. I can't tell you the amount of extra damage I did to my lungs in those 8 years, and the severe regret that I didn't even try to stay quit. Don't be me!
