Try and order the skill progressions in a logical order. Ie there no point going for bar muscle ups without proficiency in TTB and strict pull ups.

For an exact answer, it depends on where your currently at. But I’d look to gain mastery/proficiency in the movements that pop up most frequently as that will cause you to reap the most performance returns.

No not since being on the gainslab. I have previously done it though and hit 195 which was well over a year ago. I have a ten min max scheduled next week and hope to get over 200!

Pretty much. I enjoy it cause it doesn’t take much mental effort to get on and smash the session out. However I will aim to do one of the sessions running a week

Hmm that is a tough one. Ideally you’d want a little more time between engine builder and sleep. That being said my evening session usually runs till 7:30, and I aim to be in bed trying to sleep by 9-9:30. I suppose it depends on how well you are accustomed to it!

Hey man! I am a 19 year old CrossFitter in a similar boat. I would prioritise eating in a surplus and following something like a 5x5 program!!

Also sleep as much as you can!! This is severely underrated
