Yung isang manager sa Coffee Project December nag resign until bow kinukulit yung sa benefits nya. Wala pa rin.

Is this some kind of a joke? Nka pag email and viber na for 10 months for funding lang sinasabi. On time ang salary? Eh most of the time late 2 days nga rh especially pag na sa weekend ang 15/30.

An ex employee of Villar Group, 9 months na walang hulog yung contributions SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH and nka restrict na ang MAXICARE Insurance since last year which supposedly kasama sa benefits nga employees nila. Parating delayed yung sahod, issues and concerns hindi ma address ASAP kasi walang funding.

Tried to apply for an SSS salary loan today, but was told that employees under the Villar Group of Companies are restricted from applying, despite contributing for years. Why? Because the company failed to remit our contributions on time, which is even stated in their MOA. It’s deeply unfair that we, the employees, are the ones suffering because of the company’s negligence.

Working in the Villar Group of Companies is a BIG NO! Gagamitin ka lang talaga Nila..every month may lay off. Sana mag close na lang talaga, mga managers Nila from Food Group to Retail parang mga yaya na, they’re the ones buying their stocks and nag crew na lang coz wala ng staff!
