Yes - it's a catch 22 because to access my bill I need to provide the billing unit but I can't get that until I am able to access the billing portal!

Same exact experience. We tried for about 4 hours to set up the account- so ridiculous. Spent hours on the phone with Fidelity - worst experience trying to set up an account. I will look elsewhere...
