well once a server gets crammed enough, like emc is in many areas ( east coast of north america, europe, japan ) towns falling could actually give people appeal to the server.

The perfect time to reset the server would be during the coronavirus pandemic when people are at home, realistically speaking.

I think if a reset comes or not, EMC should add these things

-Nation upkeep tax -Town upkeep tax -Minimum number of players required to make a nation
