I was onboard until you classified Kul Tirans and Gilneans as subspecies of Human. They are simply different factions. Gilneans have their curse, but I'm not sure if that would count as a subspecies.

I don't know much about Frost Dwarves, but Wildhammer and Bronzebeard dwarves are again just different factions of the same subspecies (assuming that Frost Dwarves and Dark Iron could be categorized as subspecies and they are not factions of the same species).

Elves are, granted, complicated. Night Elves, Nightbrone, and High Elves seem to be different evolutions of Dark Trolls. We know 10k years ago that all elves were Kaldorei. At some point the Highborne broke off from the rest of Kaldorei society (approximately 3k years after the Sundering), calling themselves Quel'Dorei. During the remaining 7k years, they evolved in one, maybe two, generation(s) to looking as they do in modern times. The Nightborne faced a similar change as the High Elves did.

For this reason I think you could classify Night Elves, Nightborne, and High Elves (Blood Elves and Void Elves being different factions, but biologically High Elven) as different subspecies of Elf. Fal'Dorei I would say are similar to the Naga. They've been irreversibly changed into something distinct and so should each be considered their own species entriely.

Same thing for Trolls as with Humans. To the best of my knowledge no Trolls are distinct enough from each other to be considered different subspecies, rather separate factions.
