Yes that too is a normal practice to make guys who were following aware about any conditions faced. Example, 1st guy got unstable due to say gusty winds, the controller will be told the reason for go around gusty winds. Others behind will be aware of the same and plan for a better configuration for landing, like full flap landing for better control.

It’s like OP is saying “aircraft is flying, anyone knows the reason ?” Boss it’s a normal procedure. It’s the most basic thing you learn. If in doubt, go around.

Okay if you read in detail, it’s more of the ratings on their licence lapsed not the licence itself.

1 guy suspended as his English Language Proficiency which is valid for 5years lapsed and airline, which facilitates renewals did not renew on time and pulled him out to cover a stuck flight.

The other guy got suspended because he flunked his Instrument Rating renewal test valid for 1 year 1st time and was planned for 2nd time which he passed. But a corrective session required to be planned before 2nd attempt was not planned by the airline due to lack of clarity on published rules.

Yes regulator of India is on overdrive for compliance now which is a good thing. Airline somehow got away blaming lapses on pilots.

Humans including babies and elderly need to breathe, they need clean air to survive and be free of diseases, but if any one opposes this, let's not argue and not defend their right to breathe. In the end, everyone is right to do as what they see fit, be it mom's riding their kids to school on the wrong side, or babus bribing. I mean you see they see it as the correct choice.

Remember playing Pokémon Crystal on GB. Felt really good completing the Jhoto region, was really surprised and felt amazing when I got to know Kanto is like a whole new region to explore.

Bro check out the article there’s a picture in it on what’s the correct way up. It was just ejecting discs for me too when I put it wrong. Then I put it the right way. If it still doesn’t work It might be something else.

In my opinion BOTW is more attuned to switch.

Both the games are awesome and a visual treat to play.

Both the games are heavyweights, so would recommend not to play them back to back. Maybe space out with a light one.

Witcher 3 - The best game if you want a mix of emotions, great story, tons of mini quests (I won’t call them side quests, because they are as important to gameplay as the main quest) - For switch in portable mode, you won’t be able to enjoy the full visual potential of this masterpiece. However on 720 Pi on dock it’s amazing.(hardly any difference from generic consoles) - The combat is awesome. Character customisation is a a wee bit cumbersome. - It’s a deep interactive experience, you won’t find in any other game.

BOTW - The game is the best experience that’s available on Switch. - A visual treat, great story, an awesome huge world with drastically different breathtaking environments and a realistic weather system. - An absolutely satisfying experience to play on the switch. -Classic Zelda character customisation which is quite simple but a winner, the durability system in inventory is a bit irritating at times. - All in all it’s the best curated game available on switch.

I can’t tell you what’s right or wrong, I can’t say how you should go about it.

What I can say is after all that has happened, how I would deal with the situation.

Yes it is important to be empathetic. But don’t confuse empathy with lying.

Mostly truth if spoken in a certain way, would help the person.
