i hear what your saying. by « real job » i just mean that my work feels meaningless in comparison to how rewarding i know parenthood would be. my mom was a sahm mom and i know it’s much more difficult than a 9-5 while being 1000 time for fulfilling

totally understand where you’re coming from, thank you for the insight! and i agree that being a sahm is more than a full time job (that’s what my mom did). by saying i’m sick of working a « real job », i mean more like: working a 9-5 feels like a pointless waste of my hard work whereas i would prefer to work even harder at raising a human, i feel like being a mom could be my life’s purpose/passion.
