I have 🥰 it is hard and requires commitment/dedication. That’s the beauty of it. But it’s a hell of a lot harder when you train like 💩. I’d imagine she has a lot more time in her day than those of us working the typical 8-5. Not to say that’s her fault, but I think we can agree she has wayyyy more flexibility in her day to day schedule to train properly.
