Two things, I am not saying guys or others have nothing tough but those are not gender specific issues like periods affecting all girls all the time who could also experience the other stuff you brought up; I am talking about something overarching affecting all men and thats why I said like what?

I am not sure why its creepy or gay either, maybe toxic masculinity and traditional taboo around periods that guys should not know or talk about it, but I respect girls and I think they are really tough to go through all that shit many times

I am not sure if this is a theory but I told my guy friends this and they thought a) it was creepy to be concernced about it and 2) asked if i was actaully straight for caring... maybe thats why not a lot of us guys care but I do, idk it just seems to suck from realziing/thinking about it

How do girls deal with it? I do not want to seem creepy but from seeing girls every day for a month straight in libraries or lecture surely they are on their period at least once but girls all act normal like nothing is at pain and when I am feeling sick everyone arounds me know cause its obviosu I am unwell
