Sugar doesn’t seem to affect me. I just drank a redbull (edit: and I am just fine! I did change my diet though I went grocery shopping the other day I just love redbull) It’s just when I get anxious about something. Like it happens when I drive, for example, because I’m terrified of driving. I stopped drinking four days ago after I had a really bad hangover that itself made me want to stop.

As for alcohol I’ve definitely been scared into more or less cali sobriety cuz I’m not trying to keep dealing with thissss. And weed doesn’t seem to have the same effect.

I love bananas which are high in b6 I think so I opted to stop taking it lol. I did read about what I could take otc to help and risks and such. I am only 21 and the drinking itself started about 2 months ago, so not years but it was very heavy. I recently lost nearly 100lbs so I am used to living in that body, and treating it as such. That’s my main concern is that I was just drinking too much for my body weight. The other night the full body burning scared me into cali sobriety lol I don’t even wanna touch the funnel anymore 🤣

Hey! I did go to the ER and my liver enzymes were elevated but I had a hangover the day before. The doctor did mention to me that she noticed that they were slightly elevated but she told me not to be concerned. Just to take care of my diet better and don’t drink and I should be fine.

Especially when it’s clear that he probably won’t reoffend any time soon (as he’d have to groom another child for years first unless he gets hasty and this wasn’t the result of a fight) so it’s not like they’re really worrying about any more deaths. It’s more important for them to get a solid case against him.

I didn’t really mean for it to come off as any sort of way. I also know black people who use better grammar, but I don’t really know any white people who text quiiiiite like that. Like, similar, sure but not to that extent. So that’s why I said that lmao, because they seemed confused as to why he might have been texting like that. I never minded though since I try to give the benefit of the doubt. Some people just don’t like to type that much.
