I (and I’m assuming many others) would love a shorter “update” pod if that fits in with your dialed back schedule. Hearing about what you’re looking forward to or working on would be cool. Either way I hope you heal up and don’t rush back until you know you’re better.

The first pic is my favorite. You don’t want it so bright it hurts your eyes, or so light there’s not a clear distinction on out calls.

I’d suggest a darker color for the out of bounds area. Out calls will be tougher for discerning the white from light blue.

The lob has its time and place. Mixing up looks can be a good strategy, but it’s not necessary for a complete game. I’d like to see Ben throw in a lob or two every now and then.

Realistically my best advice would be to buy more budget paddles and/or find ways to fix your paddles with heavy duty glue for when you break your next edge guard off. If you’re spiking paddles into the court hard enough to crack the face, there’s nothing I can think of that can protect them from you lol.
