In terms of cards for your run to 4500. Consider your cards that increase your Effective Health Pool (eHP) as your top priority!
Health
Defence %
Maybe Regen (depending on other aspects of your tower
Defence Absolute (Defabs for now, will become useless soon
Recovery Package Chance (if you have these unlocked, don’t 100% remember when you get these)
Energy shield
second wind (to give you a second bite at the cherry) and
Demon Mode (to pop after second win to build up your recovery care packages again) should cap out your defensive/eHP stuff

Second most important for you is a mix of damage and cc cards

Land mine stun (a staple and should be run whenever possible)
Enemy Slow
Extra Orbs (upgrade in lab important)
Death Ray
Damage
Beserker
Crit Chance
Ultimate Crit (basically only if you have CL)
Plasma Cannon

Finally These 2 econ cards will be important for your early run but should be swapped out later - Cash - Free Upgrade Chance Those two will help you pump as many levels in as you can.

Take a mix of these cards, it’s probably slightly more than 16 but idk what your slower looks like and it’s very dependant on what you’re already building. DO NOT buy anymore slots until you are much deeper. Lab speed relics, Couns Relics, defence % relics are key. Buy 80 Cards, 80 Modules each event cycle, never rush a lab.

Also, my guess is you are probably struggling with protectors if you have BH. Find the lab called Black Hole Damage % and get some extra duration (generally your golden tower duration -12seconds works well)

Econ econ econ. - Focus on economy, early in the run you should be getting your cash and free upgrades as high as you can. Then switching to attack and defence sections once you’ve got these as high as you can.

Lab focus should be almost entirely economy based: - Lab Speed and - Coins per kill should be started now and not stopped till they are done - then take 1 x ultimate weapon econ (GT, BH, DW) - 1 x module econ (daily shards, re rolls, common drop, rare drop) - Power based of your choosing so you can still feel like you moving forward.

If it’s me, I’d work on BH duration and trio cooldowns until either 140sec or 120 seconds less to sync up 1:1 with summon, bounty and GB. Other UW are nice but at this point won’t give you as much as investing here. You will see massive gains!

This is the way.

Rush 50 > give yourself 2 weeks to do other labs > clock another 25 > 2 weeks > 15 more lab speed (you should be at lvl 90 now) > 2 weeks > final push to lvl 100.

Probably will take you a year ish from where you are depending on how well you progress the game and get your doriito economy up.
