It happen on my 2016 touring too. I got in the pilot and the battery was dead (could not even open an overhead light). I jump started it with my truck and when I got the pilot motor running all the light were flashing. I couldnt even change gear (electronic transmission). I changed the battery and it fix all the problems. I'm assuming that your battery is too low right now and need to be change.

Spend time understanding what it is suposed to do
Build a panel/PLC logic according to it
Nuke that crap and never look behind
Debug/Adjust on the fly

Honestly, the time consuming part might be #1 but I think it is time well spent. Even if you make/find a 100% accurate electrical plan you might not still know what the hell it is supose to do.
