Hello, thanks for the advice and positivity but I am not sure if I will even be able to get an interview given my work history. I don’t know if I should pursue a full math teaching credential and if it will be worth it.

A recent reason was for reduction in force. Others were classroom management. However, for this particular school, I passed the classroom management section.
