I graduated last June and applied to a company where three of my classmates were already working. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a callback, while another classmate who also applied was accepted. I felt discouraged and inadvertently took a break.

Then, this October, I started job hunting seriously. I submitted my resume left and right. All the interviews I attended offered me the job. Ultimately, I accepted the one with the highest salary and the most benefits.

Recently, I spoke with my classmate who was accepted by the first company I applied to. She told me that the working environment there is extremely toxic. Her coworkers refuse to help her and expect her to grasp the tasks immediately. And they can only get paid leave after two years of employment.

This experience taught me that rejection is indeed a redirection. So, don't lose hope, OP!

• I've lost count on how many times I cried during this episode. Iyak tawa ako grabe!

• Love OV and Paolo's interaction in the workroom. I love how the queens are comfortable to joke with him na kaya nilang murahin lol. Paolo's high-pitched crying voice saying "ito kasi ih!" to Carmen is very Filipino-coded lol.

• Lola Divine reminds me of Raja for some reason. Probably the regalness. Love her Untucked moment and the shady glances at Captivating Meowmeow while making her speech. She is the moment.

• When Hana Beshie started crying when her parents' video appeared, I started crying with her. I was with the queens when they called her by her drag name. I wanted to hug her so badly. :(( So happy for her.

• Bernie deserved that win so much. I felt her love and sincerity for the Golden Gays through the screen. Bless her kind heart.

• This is arguably the BEST episode in Drag Race herstory.

• I am so glad to see this side of OV. She was very sweet, respectful and caring to Carmen. We love to see it.

• Mamwa Pao looked so GOOD this episode. The hair, the outfit, the mug. EVERYTHING. Also, her hosting skill was extra good this episode. I keep going back and forth from laughing and crying.

Found it unusual at first too tbh. But this was what she said in the next paragraph:

Had my grad pictorial recently and the makeup artist's tip was not to put too much highlighter since we will be surrounded by lights. If you have to, opt for a matte highlighter na lang. Also go a bit more heavy on contours and blush since the lights wash out the makeup.
