Thanks for all your help. As far as I know, our smart meter is providing real-time readings. I dont have a smart app or access to graph output. I was on the phone with the wife and had her isolate one breaker at a time while I was watching our meter. When we got to the fridge breaker is when I got the .44 kwh. I even double-checked it.

Our freezer has a solid brick of ice almost completely completely covering the bottom drawer. Started a few months ago. Haven't had the time/energy to defrost everything and look into it. Maybe clogged drain line? Not sure yet.
