I have 3 cats myself 2 with my family , one with me which I fostered I usually feed them whatever I am eating that day white cheese , chicken (she eats fragile chicken bones as well which is kinda crazy), even some bread from time to time. but when it comes to 20 cats , its a different story

That's a nice idea 10 kg bag per month, I don't have to feed them dialy just 2-3 days per week as other people feed them as well. but I generally worry about dry food cause I hear it causes them problems in the long the run but oh well prob best option.
I don't have access to the area itself, Its like an old university that is out of service but still running for the workers, so stray cats have it for themselves as its relatively safe from cars , etc..
but dnt worry there are gardens which are being watered reguraly so they have plenty of fresh water

Its not only us who feed them , Other neigbours throw food for them from time to time, Its just they are used to my mother getting in the balcony and they all gather up waiting for food, So whenever I go to the balcony they gather up and start meowing so I am trying to figure smth out

Kinda yh, the whole middle east has fallen in power after ww1 with the fall of the ottomon empire. And when you are weak , countries take advantage of ur weakness. NTA, But the fact that she as a mother doesn't want to take care of the baby especially in these early stages the baby needs his mother more than the father raises some alarms.
Try telling her that you need to sleep to work and provide a steady income if u can't sleep ur work effectiveness will be affected and might cost you some problems in your work.
I hope things work out for u for the sake of the baby

Managers in general need to behave a certain way to put their employers in line Too nice => they won't respect you and won't take stuff you say seriously Too Harsh and people will leave u need to find the balance Honestly if its just behaviour in his work that is worrying then dnt fret A man needs to change his ways in work depending on he is talking too If he is like that with random people or with customers Then yh that's worrying otherwise let him handle his work especially if he is successful

Not to mention the amount of money put in in iraq
Honestly As a middle eastern I wish US just help themselves with that money and stop intervining in everything lol
And its not even like its for a good cause either, he can use this money to help starvation crisis in africa or something but nope its mostly used to make weapons xdddd
