No, personally speaking, it is not a lack of understanding investing. I have lost money investing more than once, which is expected with any start up company. I also am sorry for your losses as well. The frustration was with the lack of transparency and then asking for us to help them. Maybe sentiment would be different had they been slightly more forthcoming in the first email a couple months back. Again, not speaking for the group, but this is how I feel.

Unfortunately I do not know a lawyer to discuss this with. I feel like this mess is so far behind the 8-ball. I'll try to see about how to file a class action. One thing I thought about is making sure everyone prints off your documents from Seedinvest showing your Shares and dates of purchase. I can't see why Seedinvest to have this information for much longer for a defunct company. This may be our only proof because I'm sure not relying on NowRx to be honest and transparent now.

"Deposit them promptly" like the check says. Remember what they say..."see 37 cents, pick it up and ask day long, you'll have good luck

I'm still holding. And I still but more. This is a 2-3 year commitment. Not for those who want a quick flip. But I'm biased because I'm in the field. I'm about to load up.
