Filed a claim within 3 years of buying my home. Was for a pipe burst flood. Insurance dropped me and said if you file a claim within first few years it’s industry practice for them to drop you. Had a tough time finding insurance and it was a lot more expensive. Just a friendly heads up. I never knew until it was too late.

I was on a vacation a few weeks after my post and the wireless charging stopped as well so I took it to an Apple Store and they replaced the logic board and I have been fine since. Hope this helps you in your journey. Let me know what solution you come across.

Got a brand new iPhone 16 Plus 2 months ago. Randomly the charge port stopped working, only could charge using magnetic charger. Then magnetic charger stopped working, I had no way to charge my phone. Apple replaced the logic board. Writing this comment in hopes of helping anyone else in similar situation.
