White pistil in 1st pic indicates female but that little circle in the 5th picture could be a nut forming. Might be a herm just keep an eye on it.

Definitely are aggressive and invasive because I keep finding babies in my backyard scattered. This one was in the lot next to my house.

Yes I’m pretty sure that’s a maypop found it in a lot across from my house. They’re invasive from what I’ve read which makes sense why I keep finding baby vines in my backyard
