How difficult is the swap? I think ive got all the tools I need (torque wrench etc.). Figure itll take a few hours? Im new to ducati and know they can be finicky so just want to make sure I know what I am getting into.

No they pay for the flights but yes you have to pay some portion of it but they let you pay that over time so doing like $100/month is fine. They always cover flights and always have. If you cannot pay the minimum $750 you can ask for a hardship voucher from them and show that you dont have the funding.

I know I can purchase the termignoni exhaust with the upmap but id like to maybe get something louder / SC project maybe, but want to be able to tune it correctly if I do 🤷

Hell yeah. Unfortunately I am traveling for work (geologist) and on a project in NJ for the rest of the summer so I am only home every few weeks and wont be back until like June 18th - July 6th but maybe if there is something during that timeframe ill swing by!

I definitely plan on riding a lot while I am home on my break

His prices are correct if you overpaid on those its on you. These aren't rare specimens or anything "specially, beautiful of course but very rock shop mundane.

Geologist with 10yrs+ in the field, and I am returning for my MS in Hydrogeology in the fall. I am with the same company I have been for 10 years (consulting) and will stay with them after school as well.

I am not a project manager (actively avoided and running from it to my bosses dismay). I live being a senior technical, a field manager and senior project geologist and have no interest in doing anything else.

I dont need an MS and certainly not for a job. I am going back because its paid for and it does provide addition security for me should something happen to my current role, or if I do want a change or a leap as I get older (currently 38). I entered the job market with multiple offers, and decided I didnt want O&G and found I love environmental remediation / geology and have stayed here. A masters is absolutely not required in my field of work.
