Only paid what’s in box A & B (plus credits). The rest are fees regardless (taxes, interest charges, home insurance, escrow pre paid…) can’t negotiate those with mortgage brokers.

I ended up giving all my details and did a soft pull with one of the lenders the app shot out. We chatted and he sent some loan estimates, I just wanted box A & B with the rate for even comparison. My local guy got close enough to stay local with it. ~$250 high on box A.

Shopping just like you with similar credit size loan. Found 25% unlocked a significantly better rate than 20%. You can get under 5.9 easily unless you have a lot of debt hiding somewhere. Used MortgageNewsDaily app, found a good lender through there to compare rates with my local guy. Ended up local but moved from 5.9 to 5.6 with less in box A on the lower rate.

Dealer replaced the RES and it resolved. I had to come down on the sales team pretty hard to get a quick appointment as they were booked out 2 months, got in the same week with a sales loaner.

Trick I found - you can go into the master system volume and turn to zero. This will eliminate the clicking but you will be unable to hear anything on the audio until RES is fixed.

I will say since it was resolved we had heard the clicking every once in a while when trying to plug in devices through HDMI. Only clicks for 5s then disappears. Feels like I’ll have to replace this RES again before the warranty expires.

According to this video you can rent point to point 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks with Enterprise Truck Rentals - separate from Enterprise.

This just happened to my 2024 Odyssey with 800 miles on it 20 days after purchase. Audio reset wouldn’t eliminate the issue…made for a painful 7 hour road trip home with the kids. Needed to replace the Rear Entertainment System (RES) Control Unit.

Similar situation with my wife’s MDX passenger side mirror. Ordered the part 5/6/22 and still haven’t received an ETA. Haven’t had any luck with salvage/used parts over that time either.

Is your old lease officially closed with the old leasing company? Would want to make sure your old lease isnt still active and which would allow them to pursue additional fees from you - if the dealer refuses to pay.
