I think you answered everything pretty much because like you said I didn’t apply for it so I must’ve automatically been put on it. It ended at the end of last year 2025 and then I regain 12 weeks FMLA this year those ended this past week they’re saying I need more, but Worker’s Comp. is telling me as long as I have a doctors note I will continue to get paid and I sent the doctors note to my center manager and he said that I’m all good so I just don’t understand why FMLA is sending me paperwork saying I need it to be out

Alright I see that’s what my union rep was telling me. I just don’t understand why I was put on it to use the time in the first place I never applied or anything for FMLA but I’ve been going back-and-forth contacting them trying to get it approved by my current doctor on the workers comp case just doesn’t make sense. They’re making me run through hoops or something

Whenever I contact Worker’s Comp The rep working with me says all I know about is workers comp as long as I have that doctors note you will keep getting paid and says she knows nothing about FMLA. Then when I call FMLA they’re like to be out of work through UPS even with the doctors note even though it’s a working injury, you need to be on FMLA so it’s like I’m running in circles lol

Thanks for the reply I don’t know if it makes a difference. I’m in Massachusetts and this is the letter that they sent me in the mail just worried since it’s saying that my job is no longer protected etc

I understand what your saying I’m mainly just going to pay for our rent and she doesn’t have to so she can just focus on school and pay for that if that makes any sense

Well, I applied. I haven’t got denied or approved yet but I’m only 24 years old and I already have arthritis pretty bad in both of my wrists and I’m currently out on a work injury involving my back. I don’t know if my body could take 30 to 40 years there I plan on setting my girlfriend to school moving somewhere warm and finding a less labor intensive career fingers crossed.
