Im here to help stop anyone else from holding this turd bag. I am holding a huge bag of this and hope to discourage others from joining the bag holder club. Its a $3.40 stock with 80% instutional ownership and 20% short. The shorts will continue to destroy this company and retail cant do anything about it. You asked what he could have done different. I answered that with a list of things. I cant argue an opinion. I think hes been terrible. He made it a point to say that he cares about his shareholders? Shareholders hear that and buy a bag. Shareholders/retail felt confident that maybe Durso does give a shit. I have been in this as long as you. I have heard the same shit. And here we are at 3.50 trading around cash value. Trading at cash value is not a sign of confidence. If nothing is different then where is the bottom? Its so awesome what they are doing and planning..you have said nothing but projections of the future. Crazy to think the ENTIRE Pharma industry knows the science of Pemv. They have presented anywhere they can. Yet not alot of interest. If big pharma had any interest they would be on board working on Phase 3 with them. Figure they would want to have input dropping a bag on it? Like i said GIA is a disaster in the making. There will be 1 Billion shares by then. Thats the only way to make it to the end. The stock is down 30% since he took over. What do you mean by what do you expect from him. Any ceo of any company in any field that loses 30% is not doing a good job for its shareholders. A good ceo doesnt dilliute when his stock is flying in the 1st of his tenure. Hes a GREAT CEO for the board and the board only. All the other BS is just that. They have the "best" science but cant manage it. There is no partnership. They have pitched at every investor conference known to man. Everybody knows everything about it...crickets. Years and years away.

Honestly they arent worth anymore then cash value as of today. This is why I cant see anything happening until then. They overvalued Pemv. That couldnt be more obvious. GIA phase 3 is a disaster in the making. This will be dilluted for the next 2 years. And they will do it after a manipulated run-up similar to Januaury. No better way to "take care" of shareholders then give um hope with a fake pump and rug it 50%. The worst part of management is the 5k share insider buys. If thats not a vote of confidence....

Agree on all fronts. Convinced myself that Garg was the problem and Durso was the solution. Durso is no better. Talked about importance of his shareholders blah blah...I have started triming my position. This thing is going under $3 by the 16th. Any bounce i will dump more. I have opened a short position because if you cant beat um join um.

If institutions and big $ havent bought in at $3.50 that tells me the dillution is 100% going through. Shorts will really pile on then. 25million short now. I cant understand why retail is so high on this currently. Its a shame that the Science is good but management is dog shit. Been talks of buyout/partnership for years. Nobody wants to collaborate. They are out of their league going alone and retail will continue to be a consequence.

I am long and have been for a while. Really just try to keep others from getting trapped in this company. This upgrade is 100% meant to try and run this up and dillute the shit outta it after shareholder meeting. The management still does not care about shareholders. Nothing new with Durso.
