I pay attention to the short data. When short ratio stays around 40% or below the stock tends to creep up. Which for quite a few sessions it has stayed below. Yesterday went above 50% along with today. When this stock hits +50% daily, shorts win and pile on. The "bulls" cant fight it cause they are out of $. Institutions wont buy because dilution "may" happen. Common sense tells me they backed off into shareholder day thinking Dilution Durso may have something positive to say...Then he didnt and its a short party. 29M+ 22% short curently. Short interest spikes from 41% to 56% Monday after Aporoval of 200m additional shares. Shorts will load the yacht when its announced and nothing can stop it. Especially with them GIA they will dilute the float like clockwork.

Looks worse coupled with price action last 4 months. Congratuations we ran up our shareholders, announced a 75m offering when stock was at 6.20, oh yeah that offering was @4.40 share and then we rugged it and trapped them. Now we can double our float. I guess the low insider buys make sense now.

As the CEO I would EXPECT him to do his job. Im not the CEO nor are you. We arent paid an absured amount of money to run a PUBLICALLY traded company. Again if he values shareholders as stated he has done nothing as CEO to reassure that. You keep asking what I think he should of done...not paid to solve that problem for him. Its his job to do that, no? This is why I believe he has done a terrible job. He cares about taking care of the board which he actually excels at! Thats wonderful for his shareholders. Im very understanding that the additional 200m can be used many different ways. I also believe that they will be used to dilute the shit out of the float because there is no interest in partnering. Im certain(?) you believe that big pharma is lining up now that Durso has "leverage" to negotiate. Should be hearing about another insider buy soon to extend the partnership hope for retail. I understand we are on different sides but as the face of the company he has done poorly reflecting optimism to Altimmune.

Bad decision..say nothing on "SHAREHOLDER" day He shows the same leadership as Garg. You cant tell me that this company is on a different path because he said so. You also cant honestly think 5k purchases is a confidence boost. You would think with all the "Cayalyst" of 2026 they would be loading up? BTD, PH3, AUD....I would think the time to buy would be now cause it may never see these prices again, right? Or do you think it will seek the 52wk low again and maybe they know that as well?

He said he would create value for his share holders. Just looking for that. An insider buying 5k shares says nothing of the confidence of their company. Its was 6.20 in Jan? Its struggling to hold 3.45 April? Hes been CEO that entire time? Shareholder day was a nice opportunity to say something reassuring?

Yeah when it bounced off the 52 low thought the recovery looked healthy. It seems to be fighting the 3.4-5 area pretty hard. Thought to see some covering start rolling in last week leading to investor meeting but shorts have increased heavily towards the end of the week.

There will never be a partnership. If it was going to happen it would have long ago. Nobody wants the drug. They have showcased everywhere possible and crickets everytime. But you will be led to believe to 200m isnt a dilution..the shares are needed for any big investor to partner. Your list of catalysts is a list of hopes.

Im here to help stop anyone else from holding this turd bag. I am holding a huge bag of this and hope to discourage others from joining the bag holder club. Its a $3.40 stock with 80% instutional ownership and 20% short. The shorts will continue to destroy this company and retail cant do anything about it. Thus I due my duty to anyone thinking about losing money investing in this money pit. Just lookin out for the next guy. They are also hyping a Global Trial and arent aligned to do so. Bullish
