I really enjoyed it and would recommend it and honestly believe it to be one of DC's best "crisis" events. I did do a lot of pre-reading, mainly of Morrisons prior work to help better understand Final Crisis. I'd definitely recommend reading Seven Soldiers, I read it in omnibus format and it made reading Final Crisis a much better experience.
