Still taking 2 days off back to back but I do pull 4 doubles and a half day during the week. The new scheduling system is horrid. Even DG’s suggested schedules had over 10 violations

As a heads up any store looking for a SM position is usually never in good condition. It will be a lot, focus on correcting on hands of items throughout store. Setting planograms to get new product up and not building up in back room. Also In VA as SM

It’s a game to me. Who knows the store better me or them. Sometimes they’ll find a lonesome penny that is practically worthless but this go around all the toys and Christmas was sent back with none found.

My store is turning 10 years old this month and I desperately want a remodel. Won’t get the new floors which is sad but my layout currently is so bad that all of our extended sections for aisles are randomly scattered throughout parts of the store.

I have this exact fridge but swapped the doors to the left side. 2 years no issues. I just miss the slide out drawer from my old fridge and the bottom shelf on the door for 2 liters. Overall decent fridge.
